Our six room categories are tailored to different travel styles, all sharing the same historic charm and modern amenities:
Small Double (13 sqm): Essential and stylish, a perfect base for two guests.
Classic Double (17 sqm): More spacious and quiet, featuring a bathroom with both a tub and a shower.
Superior Double (20 sqm): Bright and airy, enhanced by a private balcony overlooking the historic center.
Superior Triple (25 sqm): Set on two levels with an internal staircase and original vaulted ceiling, perfect for 3 guests.
Suite (25 sqm): Two separate areas (bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed) plus a historic center view balcony. Sleeps up to 4.
Family Room (30 sqm): Our largest option, split into two levels (master bed downstairs, two single beds upstairs), ideal for families with kids.
All our rooms feature a double bed. The Superior Triple, Suite, and Family Room are already configured with extra single beds or sofa beds for third and fourth guests. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. We highly recommend contacting us during booking to verify cot compatibility with your selected room type.
While natural light floods the entire building, layouts vary: Superior Double rooms, Suites, and select specific rooms feature a private balcony directly overlooking the historic streets of Syracuse. If a balcony is essential to your stay, we recommend booking these specific categories.
